MEET AT: G/E, we walk from there.

Requirements:

90+ Combat
70+ Attack, Strength, Defence
52+ Plus Prayer

If ranging, 70+ Range

Inter-clan is like it sounds "with in the clan". Its an event, meeting, or/and grouping with a small part of the clan going.
